Sports TherapyYoga Therapy
After receiving a physical diagnosis from a physiotherapist at the Clinic, our Yoga therapist can design an individualized sequence of Yoga postures coordinated with breath to help enhance your recovery or promote general flexibility. Breathing and meditation exercises may also be included if appropriate. You will be given a written sequence of Yoga postures to encourage you to practice at home daily. This makes you more independent in your rehabilitation process. It will often take at least 3 sessions to design a complete program that you can then practice on your own for a least one month. This is done through consultation with our physiotherapy team. After that, check ups are recommended so that the program can be adjusted as you progress in terms of strength and flexibility.
