Yoga Therapy Rates Initial Visit (90 min) $90 Follow-up Visit (60 min) $70 ICBC Visits ICBC clients must have approval from their adjuster, a written referral from their doctor, and their claim number to establish an ICBC claim. Appointment fees for all appointments and missed appointments as per the above fee schedule, are the responsibility of the client. Receipts are provided for client submission to ICBC for reimbursement. (ICBC will not pay for missed appointments). * Please note that clients require a new doctor's referral every 3 months No Show Charges The visit fee will be charged for missed appointments and appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
