Visceral Manipulation
Visceral Manipulation is organ specific fascial mobilisation. The fascia is the connective tissue that surrounds and supports all structures in the body. Often, it is the tissue that lines up with the force of a trauma as it enters the body in an attempt to dissipate that force. The fascia holds on to those lines of force that may, in time, turn into restrictions.

When the force of a trauma enters the body, the fascia that surrounds the organs is effected along with the fascia of the musculoskeletal system and must, therefore, be assessed and treated in order to restore full function.
