Louise passes her Advanced Orthopaedic Manual Therapy exams!

The Jericho Team wishes to congratulate Louise for her recent achievement in advancing her physiotherapy training. Louise successfully completed her Intermediate Diploma in Manual and Manipulative Physiotherapy. This Diploma is comprised of advanced training in Orthopaedic manual therapy techniques and requires many years of weekend courses, study groups, and cumulates in a series of nationally standardized examinations. This post-graduate diploma also signifies that Louise is now a Resident of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Therapists (R.C.A.M.T.). Louise has enjoyed taking extra courses on a regular basis in B.C., Ontario, France and England since graduating in 1995 with her Degree in Physiotherapy.

What does this mean to you as a client? Louise has refined her Physiotherapy assessment and Manual Therapy skills, including manipulation of peripheral joints, to help her clients. Her continuing studies have also included journal readings of recent research, as part of the preparation for the written exams, which further broadens her knowledge base for treating her clients. Louise has demonstrated a passion and determination, in furthering her studies, to excel in her skills as a physiotherapist. When a client presents with an injury, she is using well-practiced assessment skills and has more treatment techniques to utilize when planning a treatment program. You are in good hands with Louise!
